Recognizes and rewards the accomplishments of African American and minority youth.
Provides a vehicle for business, civic and social organizations to support and develop linkages with African American youth.
Establishes a male presence in the community, thereby strengthening African American families and neighborhoods.
Opens lines of communication with our youth to better understand and help find solutions to the issues facing our youth.
Gives encouragement through interaction with positive Black male role models and exposure to cultural, social and intellectual enrichment activities.
Builds positive images of our youth and men through outreach and networking programs that provides a forum and support group for the expression of the concerns of African American men such as the Million Man March (October 16, 1995).
